Val Vista Lakes covers about 900 acres of north Gilbert around four interconnected lakes, split into twenty-four subdivisions ranging from condominiums to custom waterfront estates with private docks. It was one of the East Valley's first true lake communities and it still has the mature landscaping to prove it.
The clubhouse on Lakeside Drive is the centrepiece: a renovated ballroom with lake views, a full industrial kitchen, a bridal suite, an outdoor patio with a cabana bar, and the sandy-beach lagoon pool the community is known for. Unusually for a venue of its kind, it lets you bring your own caterer rather than forcing an in-house package.
That makes it one of the better rooms in Gilbert for a wedding on a real budget, and it is why a good share of our Val Vista Lakes work is in that ballroom. The rest is at the waterfront houses, where a dock and a lawn do the job a venue would.

This is a residential community and events at the clubhouse sit among houses. Sound limits and finish times exist for a reason and are enforced. We build the service timeline so dessert is not still going when the music has to stop.

At the houses, the best spot is on the water and the kitchen is not. We plan the cook line and service path around that distance and bring quiet generators rather than trusting an outdoor outlet.
