Seville sits at the south end of Gilbert in the foothills of the San Tan Mountains, built around a Gary Panks championship course that has hosted the LPGA Ford Championship and the Arizona Amateur. Emerald fairways, citrus groves, an island green on the seventeenth, and mountain views that change with the light.
The club runs its own kitchen. Seville's culinary team handles food and beverage in house, so outside catering is not part of how the clubhouse works. We would rather tell you that here than after you have called.
What we do instead is the residence side, and in a community like this that is most of the good events anyway. Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, holiday gatherings and the welcome dinner the night before a wedding at the club — all at homes with lawns, patios and a view of the same mountains.

The club caters the club
Seville's own culinary team handles food and beverage at the clubhouse, so outside catering is not permitted there. We cater the homes instead, which for most private celebrations is the better room anyway.
Gated entry and the guest list
Access to the community is controlled. We send vehicle details and a staff list ahead of the event so your gate has everything in advance, and we arrive in one truck rather than a convoy.
Golf-course lots and the light
Homes backing onto the fairways have the view and no power where the view is. We bring quiet generators, our own cook line and event lighting, and we plan the layout around where the sun sets behind the San Tans.
Association rules and end times
Amplified sound, tents and finish times are set by the association. Confirm them before rentals are booked and we will build the service timeline around whatever comes back.
